Terms
Terms of Service
Effective November 4, 2026
Who we are
These terms are between you and Tech Me There, Inc., based in Los Angeles, California ("we", "us" or "I"). They cover this website and the 2 services we offer: done-for-you automation for tutoring centers and other service businesses, and setting up and running an AI business partner for you.
What this site is for
This site explains what we do and lets you book a call or send a message. Anything on it, including the demo and sample cards, is there to show how things work. It isn’t an offer you can accept by using the site.
Paid work
Paid work starts only after we’ve both agreed to a written quote, proposal or signed agreement. That document sets the scope, the deposit, the fees and when they’re due. If it says something different from these terms, the signed document wins.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information and to tell us when something changes. You’re responsible for having permission to text, call and email the people your system contacts, and for following the laws that apply to that, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and any state rules. You also agree not to use what we set up for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
AI can make mistakes
The systems we set up use AI, and AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. We set things up so important actions, like sending messages to customers or spending money, can be reviewed by a person first. You’re responsible for reviewing and approving those actions before they happen.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to make what we set up useful, but we can’t promise any particular business result, such as more customers, bookings, revenue or profit. The only guarantee is one written into your own agreement, and it applies exactly as written there.
Third-party services
What we set up relies on services run by other companies, such as Twilio, OpenAI, Cal.com, Stripe, Google and your email provider. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and you may need your own account with some of them. We aren’t responsible for their outages, changes or decisions.
Who owns what
You own your content and data, including your messages, contacts, customer records and branding. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, code, methods and know-how, and we can reuse them for other clients without using your data. While you’re a client, you can use what we build for your business.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending the work
Either of us can end ongoing work as described in your agreement. If your agreement doesn’t say, either of us can end it with 30 days’ written notice. When it ends, we’ll help you get a copy of your data.
California law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed. Changes don’t alter a signed agreement unless we both agree in writing.
