For tutoring and test prep centers in LA
Every parent inquiry answered in 60 seconds and booked into a trial.
$4,000 build$750/moLive in 2 weeks
Enrollment Autopilot texts and emails every new parent, books the free trial on your calendar, sends reminders and follows up on no-shows. I set it up and run it, so it works while you're teaching.
No prep needed. If it isn't a fit for your center, I'll tell you on the call.

Built and run by Justin Yamini, founder of Respond Edu.
You work with me directly, from kickoff to launch.
The problem
Where new families slip away
The inquiry sits overnight.
A parent fills out your form at 9 PM while you’re teaching. Someone calls back the next afternoon, and she’s already booked a trial somewhere else.
What it costs: the family, plus whatever you spent to get that inquiry.
The trial never gets booked.
Voicemail, phone tag, “let me check our schedule.” Interested parents drift off before anyone puts a time on the calendar.
What it costs: a family who wanted to sign up and never got the chance.
No-shows don’t get a second try.
A booked trial doesn’t show up, and nobody has time to call.
What it costs: the trials you already did the work to book.
You answer the same questions all day.
Prices, schedules, which subjects, how the trial works. You or your front desk type the same replies between sessions.
What it costs: hours a week of your team’s time, usually at your busiest hours.
In a study of 1.25 million sales leads, companies that tried to reach a web lead within an hour were nearly 7 times as likely to have a real conversation with the decision maker as companies that waited even an hour longer.

What you get
What I set up for your center
01
Instant reply.
Every form, ad lead or missed call gets a personal text and email within 60 seconds, based on the student’s grade and what the parent asked about: SAT, reading, math or homework help.
02
Booking.
The reply links to your real trial or assessment slots. The parent picks a time and it’s on your calendar.
03
Reminders.
Texts 24 hours and 2 hours before. Parents confirm or reschedule with a tap.
04
No-show recovery.
Missed the trial? A friendly reschedule text goes out the same day, then one more nudge 3 days later.
05
Parent updates.
After a trial or session, your tutor jots 2 or 3 notes and a short parent update gets drafted. You approve it, it sends.
06
Tracking sheet.
Every lead in one place: when they came in, how fast they heard back, booked or not, showed or not, enrolled or not.
It runs on your current website, phone number and calendar. You or your front desk can jump into any text thread anytime.

Average stay
Today about 12 of your 30 inquiries book a trial. That leaves 18 a month who don't.
- Each new family is worth
- $2,400
- 1 extra family a month, for a year
- $28,800
- 2 extra families a month, for a year
- $57,600
- Enrollment Autopilot, year one
- $13,000
That's the $4,000 build plus 12 months at $750. At your numbers, it's covered by 6 extra families over the whole year, fewer than 1 a month.
A family's value here is monthly tuition times months enrolled. This is simple math on your inputs, and it doesn't predict results.

FAQ
Questions owners ask
Will it sound like a robot?
You and I write the messages together at kickoff, in your center’s voice, and you approve every one before launch. The AI fills in the details the parent gave you, like the student’s grade and subject, so each reply reads like it was written for that family.
What if a parent asks something it can’t answer?
It sticks to what you’ve approved: subjects, hours, how the trial works. Anything else gets handed to you or your front desk with an alert, and you reply in the same thread.
Do I have to change my website, phone number or software?
No. It connects to the form, number and calendar you already have. If you don’t have online booking yet, I set up Cal.com on your Google Calendar.
What about inquiries from Instagram and phone calls?
Web forms and ad leads go straight in, and missed calls can get a text back. For Instagram, a booking link in your bio feeds the same follow-up by default. Direct replies to Instagram DMs are available as an add-on, priced on the call. They need an Instagram business or creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
What does my team have to do?
Join a 45 minute kickoff, approve the messages, and take over any conversation that needs a person. After launch, you approve parent updates before they send. I handle the rest.
What if it doesn’t work?
If it isn’t live and booking real trial lessons within 30 days of your deposit, you get the deposit back. And if your show rate on booked trials hasn’t gone up after 60 days, your next month is free.
Is it legal to text parents like this?
Yes, with the right setup. US business texting needs carrier registration (called A2P 10DLC), and I handle it as part of setup, starting on day 1. It can take a few days to a couple of weeks. Texts only go to parents who contacted you, and every thread lets them reply STOP to opt out.
What about student privacy?
It only stores what the parent puts in the form and what your team adds. Data lives in your Google account and the tools you approve. I don’t sell or reuse it.
We have several locations. Does it still work?
Yes. Each location gets its own calendar and number. I’ll scope it with you on the call.
What happens if I cancel?
Give 30 days’ notice. You keep your tracking sheet and message templates.
