Session 1: Meet your partner (90 minutes)
- A live demo so you see what your partner can do
- Pick your plan and sign up together
- Put the app on your phone
- Name your partner and write its instructions
- Safety rules: it asks before sending anything or spending money, and you never type passwords in chat
- Run 2 or 3 real tasks from your own to-do list
- Homework for the week
Session 2: Build the team (about 2 hours)
- Look back at your first week together
- Connect your email
- Phone number and texting (optional add-on, billed to you)
- Build your helper team
- A simple website
- Your own Stripe account so you can take payments
- Drafts for outreach to customers
- Your first video or post
- Routines like a daily briefing and a weekly check-in
- A printed cheat sheet to keep by your desk
